Department of Electrical Engineering

Electrical engineering is the study of basic theories and applied technologies for the information and communication industry, semiconductor and power electronics industry, control and automation industry, as well as all industries related to electrical energy, the driving force of the national industry. In addition, it is a department related to the Certification of Engineering Education (the advanced program in electrical engineering). It can be recognized that the graduate has been objectively verified that he has a professional level of engineering field practice.

Department of System and Control Engineering

System control engineering consists of collecting information using various sensors, exchanging information through a computer communication network, determining control output based on automatic control theory, and performing final control using various semiconductor devices and servo motors. The control is done via a computer or microprocessor, a tiny computer chip. Through this, we are advancing graduates into the fields of display, semiconductor equipment, information and communication and space development, industrial systems, automobiles, electric vehicles, renewable energy storage devices, automation, defense, medical and artificial organs.

Division of Mechanical & Automotive Engineering

The Mechanical and Automotive Engineering is an academic field that deals with the expertise and skills necessary to cultivate the talent needed for the machinery industry, automotive industry, and artificial intelligence application technology.

Track of Mechanical Engineering

The objective of this course is to produce creative mechanical engineers through the study of dynamics, mechanical design, and CAD/CAE in various mechanical systems, including heat and fluid flow.

Track of Automotive Engineering

The objective of the program is to educate professional engineers with creative engineering capabilities.

Department of Chemical Engineering

The Department of Chemical Engineering cultivates basic theories related to chemistry, engineering expertise required for commercialization of experimental results, and creative problem-solving skills. Through this, we cultivate talents who can play a pivotal role in various fields such as semiconductor IT processes, advanced materials, energy, fine chemicals, polymers, environment, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.

Department of Safety and Health Engineering

This track teaches management methods to identify various risk factors in modern society and prevent or control disasters. After completing the regular course, students will advance to ‘safety management experts’ and ‘health management experts’ in the industrial society.

Department of Fire and Disaster Protection Engineering

Civil Engineering is the study the most extensive areas with the oldest history of planning, designing, constructing, maintaining, disposing, and reproducing infrastructure. We are striving to educate civil engineers who will lead the 4th industry in the modern society, and also to cultivate sincere intellectuals with the right personality.

The Department of Environmental Engineering fosters human resources necessary for overall environmental engineering, from pollutant generation to treatment, control, restoration, and management. In particular, the basic theory and design-oriented education system in the fields of air pollution control, water pollution treatment, water and sewage treatment, waste management, environmental toxic substances treatment, soil and groundwater pollution treatment based on integrated education of natural, humanities, social science and environmental engineering has established.

The Department of ICT Automotive Engineering aims to cultivate active talents in response to this new paradigm. It develops basic knowledge related to mathematics, physics, and mechanics, and develops convergence technology and creativity by acquiring wired / wireless communication and microprocessor technologies that are the basis of future automobiles.
